St. X proudly welcomed more than 350 alumni and guests back to campus on Saturday for Reunion Weekend, celebrating the Classes of 1961, 1971, 1981, 1991, 2001, 2006, and 2016. Former faculty and staff joined the festivities, reconnecting with classmates, sharing memories, and, of course, swapping a few classic JUG stories. The evening began with Mass celebrated by Fr. Robert Barnell ’06 and Fr. Dan Lincoln ’71, with music provided by Mr. Rick Knoop, Fritz Haimberger ’91, Johnathan Shrader ’06, and Nolan Lawson ’16. Guests then had the opportunity to tour campus, see recent renovations, and catch up with friends before gathering for their class receptions. It was a memorable evening filled with friendship, laughter, and gratitude, celebrating the lifelong bonds and enduring spirit that make the St. X brotherhood so special. #WeAreStX

Serving others in Appalachia. Twenty-four Saint Xavier students and six faculty members traveled to Auxier, Kentucky, for a Ryken Service Club mission trip with Hand in Hand Ministries. Throughout the week, students worked alongside community members to serve families in need, including building two wheelchair ramps for elderly residents. Led by a dedicated group of graduated seniors who have participated in the trip throughout their time at St. X, these Tigers put their faith into action and embodied the Xaverian call to serve others with humility, compassion, and purpose. #WeAreStX

Congratulations to Chief Cameron ’26 on being named a recipient of the @kroger & @LMPD Chain Breaker Award! This award recognizes graduating seniors who have demonstrated resilience, strong character, and a commitment to making positive choices while overcoming significant challenges. Chief Cameron is one of just five students honored this year for breaking barriers and building a brighter future. We are proud of the example he sets for our community and grateful to LMPD, Officer Dan Marsden, the Louisville Metro Police Foundation, and Kroger for investing in and celebrating Louisville’s young leaders. 🎥 Learn more about the Chain Breaker Award: youtu.be/eiR_0Us0M_c?si=ZFBY… #WeAreStX

What makes St. X so special? Ask the students who lived it. As members of the Class of 2026 move on to their next chapter, three recent graduates reflected on the brotherhood, relationships, and experiences that shaped their time as Tigers. 🔗therecordnewspaper.org/st-xa… @recordarchlou #WeAreStX

St. X proudly welcomed members of our 50-Year Club back to campus for this year’s Golden Tiger Reunion, celebrating a lifetime connection to their alma mater. We were honored to host 240 alumni representing 28 graduating classes from 1945 through 1975 for an afternoon of brotherhood, memories, and St. X tradition. A special recognition goes to our oldest alumnus in attendance, Leo Jenkins ’45, who joined us at 98 years young. The Golden Tiger Reunion is one of many opportunities to keep our alumni connected, celebrating the lifelong bond that defines St. X. #WeAreStX

Lunching with my high school buddies in the @stxtigers gym. The St Xavier Golden Tiger reunion invites anyone who graduated at least 50 years ago. That makes my class of 1975 the babies in the building today! 🎓 #GoTigers

True brotherhood in action What began as an innocent game of basketball with friends turned into the fight of a lifetime for junior Wyatt Anderson. After suffering a severe cervical spinal cord injury in November 2025 that left him paralyzed from the neck down, Wyatt faced months of rehabilitation and recovery. Guided by President Colistra's "call and repeat" motto: “Whatever hurts my brother hurts me; whatever helps my brother helps me,” Wyatt’s classmates stepped up in a powerful way, organizing a schedule to ensure he was never alone between physical therapy sessions at the hospital. Through faith, determination, and the unwavering support of his St. X brothers, family, medical team, and community, Wyatt continued to push forward. This spring, fewer than five months after his injury, he crossed the finish line of the Kentucky Derby Festival's MiniMarathon in under two hours, an incredible milestone in a remarkable recovery journey. #WeAreStX
