I had to follow-up with @LibertyMutual today regarding a claim where their client rear-ended my wife & our 11 month old little boy. The adjuster never once asked how they were doing. That should show you where they place their value.

This was my first remote controlled truck at age 5. 25 years later I now have 2 little boys of my own. I charged the original battery and it fired right up. This is a testament to great products. Thank you @RadioShack.
