@hinge can ban your account with ZERO explanation of what policy you allegedly violated. When you request a refund, they'll simply point to fine print saying "no refunds for terminations" - buried in terms no one reads.

This isn't disclosed upfront during payment. Customers deserve transparency about what can get them banned AND clear refund policies before they pay, not hidden in legal jargon.
