After their chance meeting in Cape Town in 2024, the two decided to build BeatpulseLabs. 90 days later, they had their first customer. The company has seen 10x revenue growth in the first half of 2026, driven by enterprise demand for custom, high-fidelity training data. Investrio (Techstars 2024) is on a mission to make finance feel less intimidating for solopreneurs and small business owners. 💸 Founded by Joyce Medeiros and Laura Muriel Texidor, Investrio started as a fintech helping young professionals tackle credit card debt before pivoting to something far more expansive. After talking with hundreds of users, a pattern emerged: solopreneurs were running their businesses out of personal bank accounts with no financial structure in place.
