Hot take- but with ChatGPT, there’s NO excuse for consistently being unresponsive with your work email. That’s a new kind of lazy.

This is why Legs is the best. This is surgical analysis. Not bashing him. Just giving a very good perspective on WHY he wasn’t playing up to par. No jokes, no hot takes. And I actually like SOME hot takes, they’re entertaining. But you have to balance hot takes with THIS
ESPN's Tim Legler on Chet Holmgren’s Game 7 performance "There is no denying he was shook, he was rattled. It affected the way he was processing the game, and it completely took away his aggressiveness. He started to look like a guy that was afraid of failure, and when you start to play that way as a professional athlete, that’s exactly what it’s going to look like. You don't take chances anymore. You'd rather play it safe and disappear than to try and have it not work out — drive at Wemby and have him block your shot, try to get there in time to stop Wemby at the rim and he get dunked on again. It's better not to try than to have that happen again. That's exactly what he looked like." (Via @ALLCITY_NBA)

I kind of don’t get the Wemby vs. Chet discourse. They aren’t in the same realm. Wemby is on a hunt to be the GOAT. Chet is trying to be a reliable 2nd/3rd option on a championship-level team. It’d be like attaching LeBron to Amare’ Stoudemire (if) they were rivals as teens.

Caruso directing an impromptu slip screen to get Chet to attack Kornet, AND to do it getting Chet going to his R hand is why he’s GOATed as a role player

The Spurs literally play AAU run-and-jump defense…and it works because of who’s in the middle of it. Shooters are about to be at an even higher premium. Honestly, there’s probably only one team this defense wouldn’t work against: the Cavs.

Just in: The Chicago Bulls are hiring Atlanta Hawks senior vice president Bryson Graham as the franchise's new Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, sources tell ESPN. Graham spent 15 years in New Orleans before joining Atlanta last offseason, rising from an intern to GM, and now becomes the Bulls top executive.

When Seth (who I love and is great on TV) said the money college basketball players make now is going to cause mental health problems, @JayBilas responded, “so they’d be healthier unpaid?”—I felt that in my soul lol

I’m really bothered with Christians standing in solidarity with Jaden Ivey. His actions are unbiblical and should not be celebrated. In the same breath, this hits close to home. I know what a dark place looks like, and I know what it looks like to have God pull you out. He’s able
