Whoops, this one took us two tries to get right. 😅
A bug in our WooCommerce plugin was silently removing Autoplant IDs after updates, stopping tree planting without any alert to merchants. We pushed a fix. It wasn't enough.
Two clients helped us dig all the way to the root cause, and we finally got there together.
✅ Autoplant IDs and webhooks are now safe across updates.
Thank you for your patience and honesty. You helped make this better for everyone using the integration.

Before planting season, there’s nursery season.
Seedlings are transplanted, cared for, and prepared for the rains. Community members meet in the field, and local work is created along the way, especially for women.
