AMAD DIALED UP WHEN IT MATTERED MOST. For 90 minutes, Ecuador pushed, created chances and even hit the woodwork multiple times. But when the moment arrived, Amad Diallo delivered. The Manchester United winger came off the bench and fired home the winning goal in the 90th minute to give Ivory Coast a huge 1–0 victory in their opening World Cup 2026 match. A dream start for the Elephants. A massive moment for Amad.

Forget signing in as AC Milan manager, Amorim is busy checking if his family can hold a defensive line in a 3-4-3.😭

Most Manchester United fans don’t care about the background work — only results. And that’s sad! Rúben Amorim came in and cleaned out deadwood, rebuilt the squad, called out the board, killed player power and reset standards. He was fixing years of rot from the inside and resetting standards at the club. But because some fans only judge by the scoreline every weekend, they completely ignored the rebuild happening right in front of them. That mentality is exactly why this club keeps going in circles.

Not even joking… this one hurts more than I expected. We might regret letting Rúben Amorim go.

If Manchester United choose to act like the massive club we are, in this transfer market.

The reading comprehension in these comments is shocking. I drafted a lineup with possible new signings, NOT the best XI. Please use your eyes.

Yan Diomande 🇨🇮 (19) Ayyoub Bouaddi 🇲🇦 (18) These aren’t just future stars. They’re stars right now. Manchester United should be all over profiles like this!

I’m crying man, has FIFA ever hyped Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden, Cole Palmer or Estêvão this hard before? 😭

I’m still being updated by his family and sadly, it’s now been close to 6 hours and he remains unconscious in the ICU. I honestly don’t know what more to say right now. It’s painful and difficult for all of us watching this unfold. All we ask at this moment are your sincere prayers and duas. Please pray for him. 🤲🏾

Is Lewis Hall really the left-back profile Manchester United need? Considering his height, and with Lisandro Martínez potentially alongside him at left centre-back, doesn’t that leave us too vulnerable physically on that side?

Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid means Lewis Hall might return to Chelsea So… which left-back are Manchester United even supposed to go for now? David Raum? Antonee Robinson? Because the market is disappearing fast and we still need serious upgrades in that position.

Fabrizio Romano casually breaking Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid out of absolutely nowhere… yeah, that’s why he’s still number one. This is the kind of transfer chaos I want for Manchester United. Wake me up with Mateus Fernandes done. Lewis Hall done. Another midfielder done. No leaks, just pure chaos and HERE WE GO.

A lot of people keep repeating that Morocco’s 11 starters were “all born outside Morocco” as if that proves something. What they conveniently ignore is the most important part: they are 100% Moroccan. People have become too obsessed with birthplace and forget what nationality, heritage, culture and identity actually mean. Look, you’re French. If you had a child with your French partner in England or Germany, that child would still be French. Birth location doesn’t erase blood, roots or identity. The same applies to Moroccans in the diaspora. Being born in Spain, France or Belgium doesn’t make them any less Moroccan. Morocco is one of the few national teams playing with players who fully embrace their culture, roots and identity.

🚨UPDATE: — Sources in Madrid expect Manchester United to win the race for Mateus Fernandes, though patience may be needed due to West Ham’s internal situation. — Mateus Fernandes has rejected other approaches from Arsenal and PSG and remains fully focused on joining Manchester United. — The midfielder is pushing for the deal to be completed as soon as possible. — Michael Carrick remains open to a potential Marcus Rashford return this summer.

Can someone explain why Brazil national team have a gold World Cup badge on their shirts while every other team seems to have the basic white one?

This might sound crazy but Ayyoub Bouaddi is comfortably a better footballer than Carlos Baleba right now. If Manchester United have any intentions of spending £60m on Baleba instead of pushing for Bouaddi, that’s poor scouting. One is an athletic monster with raw tools. The other already plays like an elite midfielder. Football isn’t just about running and tackling.
