More than five weeks (8 already) have now passed since that communication. As the proceedings have already been ongoing for approximately six (exactly 7 today) months — well beyond the two-month target period set out in the EDC Procedural Rules. The continued delay is causing me considerable ongoing financial and professional harm, since I remain unable to conclude agreements with partners and sponsors for future chess-related activities while the matter is unresolved. I would therefore respectfully request that the motivated written decision be finalised and communicated to me as soon as possible. This would enable me to either resume my professional activities or exercise my right of appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), depending on the outcome.
