Good morning everyone. I am happy to be retired! I have had my say on polarization and with the death of Howard Rosenthal there will be no more papers on the subject. Now I do Amateur Radio (I am K7MOA) and read books.
Fifty-Five years ago today I was safe at home in Columbia City, Oregon having returned from Vietnam a few days prior. The World of 1969 was so different from 2024 that I still am amazed that I am still alive to see it.
I was a Professor for 43 years and I mainly taught Political-Economic History and Advanced Statistics. I am not sure if I will vote for President this year (I have voted in every Presidential Election since 1968). I think both Biden and Trump are flawed.
Good morning everyone. I am enjoying retirement. I just get "on the air" as K7MOA (in my 64th year) and I watch football!!! I also read Science Fiction and Rom-Coms!
The lack of reading does not surprise me. You can tell that people do not read when you are out in the public and all you see are tattoos and body piercing and bad English grammar.
Nice cool morning here. I was on the air a lot over the weekend. A number of special event stations were on in honor of the 4th of July with calls K2A, K2B, etc. Jan and I are just hanging out today. I hope you are all well.
