The #A82 remains CLOSED in both directions due to flooding between the Dunglass Roundabout and Bowling.
Please #takecare in the meantime. Workers are on scene attempting to clear the carriageway.

Due to flooding and two large fallen trees, Renton Road is currently closed between Cardross Road to Renton. The off-slip from the A82 is also closed. Greenspace officers are working to clear but please avoid the area and take care when travelling.

Storm Amy is causing significant disruption across the country with strong winds blowing debris onto overhead lines and the heavy persistent rain causing flooding in some areas. Below is a short summary of what we're facing
• Tree on the line near Wishaw
• Tree on the line at Uddinston

• Tree on the line at Drumchapel
