💬 “I saw information about the program, and something inside told me to try. And I wasn’t wrong. It was a time of deep change,” says Oksana — a participant of the ReStart of Consciousness 2025 program who learned to hear herself and rebuild her inner strength during the Russia`s full scale invasion in Ukraine. 📍 Before 2022, Oksana lived an ordinary life. But the war forced her to rethink everything. Burnout, health challenges, and toxic relationships pushed her to seek support and finally choose herself. Through the program, she learned to manage anxiety, set boundaries, and care for her mental well-being — not just survive, but live.
