Call ahead to a local walk-in clinic for availability
ALT If your child needs to update their vaccine record with Public Health, You can do this easily online. You will need:
A copy of your child’s vaccine record from their health care provider
ALT Have an upcoming vaccine appointment? If your elementary school student has received a suspension order and has a vaccine appointment scheduled after the April 2 suspension date, you can let us know. Fill out the form at our website.
