Current situation @ 205.6lb
Tomorrow we move into an aggressive fat loss phase, 3-4 weeks to take off 8-10lb, then we move back into maintenance before DefCon and back to surplus for Belfast Lifting Camp.
Not sure why I am saying we as it is just me, but whatever.
I have maintained this body composition for probably over a year:
Training: 3-4x per week
Sessions: 45mins
Cardio: 40-60 minutes per week
Steps: ~6000 per day
Calories: 2800-3000 per day
Protein: 220-250d per day.
I feel good, I feel strong, sessions are good - but time to push things.
1 like and I will document the journey - meals, sessions, cardio, weigh ins, steps etc.
