“The secret sauce is I have to tell the truth that makes my heart ache. That’s what vulnerability is to me… when you tell the truth that makes your heart ache a little, that makes you feel a little too naked, and maybe a pinch ashamed.” @SJakesRoberts@womanevolve
Whether it's going to church, serving in ministry, or tending to your personal relationship with God, the truth is…faith spaces get stressful too. Here are a few scriptures to pull you through!
📖 He gives strength to the weary & increases the power of the weak. (Isaiah 40:29)
📖 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (Galatians 6:9)
📖 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2)
Let the countdown begin! Delegation, can y'all believe we are 100 DAYS away from conference? 🤯🥹🎉
#WE23 will reignite hope in God like never before. September 14-16 at Globe Life Field in
Arlington, TX.

We’ll go first… Does responding poorly to triggers count as a flaw? 'Cause listen...I become undone and feel extremely defeated during strong, uncomfortable emotional responses.
I know there's beauty in being able to self-soothe and regulate in the moment, but it can be a hit or miss with me.
Maybe the loving part is surviving the original trauma itself. Let's just insist on normalizing flaws and triggers altogether. Amen!
