This sounds like a good idea for ALL small businesses in Yorkshire. As shops begin to open, the changes in the economy, and possibly also in consumer tastes, will start to become apparent... Compliance re: "social distancing" etc.. is another thing for SME's to think about.

We are supporting the message NOT to use sky lanterns to show support for the NHS and key workers. There is NEVER a right time to use sky lanterns. They are a danger to livestock, wildlife and can cause large fires which are a danger to us all. Thank you.

What happened on Saturday was not social distancing or families sticking to low risk activities and areas. If people chose to come here and ignore Government advice, then we would suggest they do not travel to the Yorkshire Dales, and stay at home.
