ONE and DONE ✅ Here are two exercises for your neck using a bit of weight and a towel. I like to go from a stretched position to slightly past neutral. In other words, for both movements, I go from the bottom up to about the middle. Take it easy if it’s been a while.

ONE and DONE ✅ Squat to Deadlift You’ve seen this exercise as the T-Arm Squat to Streamline Deadlift. For this variation, instead of the arm positions, I threw a kettlebell over my back. It felt good!

ONE and DONE ✅ For these scorpion kicks, roll onto the inside of your left foot while bringing the right knee to your left elbow. Kick your right foot up, as high as possible, and roll onto the outside of your left foot while bringing the right foot up and across your body.

ONE and DONE ✅ Lateral Step Ups This exercise improves leg strength, while improving control of hip rotation and pelvic tilting. I often do random sets using my bathtub, but you can do them anywhere. Use some common sense and make sure you’re on a stable, nonslip surface.
