Many people are concerned about HMOs springing up near them without any notice or consultation. I've tabled a motion calling on the Government to strengthen the powers available to local councils and ensure residents can make their voice heard.

John Healey's resignation has proven what we all knew. Keir Starmer is not serious about our defence and would rather put the security of our country risk than cut welfare spending.
A more dangerous world demands serious leadership. But Keir Starmer is paralysed. We must cut welfare spending to fund our defence.

I am sickened by the tragic death of Henry Nowak. Words cannot express my heartbreak for his family and my fury at the system that has led to this. This must never happen again.

The rise in the number of young people out of work, education or training is fast becoming a national emergency. The Government needs to wake up, cut taxes and make work pay for young people.

I know how many people in Broxbourne rely on their cars to get about, and this is increasingly expensive as the price of fuel has skyrocketed recently. I joined @HowardCCox and FairFuelUK today to deliver their petition asking Rachel Reeves to cut taxes on motorists๐Ÿš˜

It is absolute nonsense that the Government finds it acceptable to pay Putin for his dirty oil whilst we've got our very own North Sea supply right here. The PM's failures to answer @KemiBadenoch 's questions today show Labour are not fit to be in Government๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ
This country needs a Government that has got its act together. Instead weโ€™ve got Keir Starmer losing his moral compass and backsliding on his support for Ukraine.

Labour's reorganisation plans will never deliver the savings promised and will only lead to less accountability and more remote decision-making. I've knocked on hundreds of doors in Broxbourne in recent weeks - no one wants their local council abolished. telegraph.co.uk/money/bills/โ€ฆ

Against the backdrop of chaos in Downing Street, today's King's Speech amounted to more unwelcome tinkering around the edges and was silent on the most pressing challenges facing the country - not least our unsustainable benefits bill and the need to properly fund defence.
๐Ÿ”ด Sir Keir Starmer has left welfare reform out of the Kingโ€™s Speech, despite 830,000 more people claiming Universal Credit in the past year. Read how the Monarch lays out Labourโ€™s plans amid political chaos as Prime Minister clings to job ๐Ÿ”— telegraph.co.uk/politics/202โ€ฆ

๐Ÿ’™@BroxTories ran a strong campaign, holding Broxbourne Council and gaining a county council seat from Reform. Thanks to the people of Broxbourne for once again putting their trust in local Conservatives.
The Conservatives are coming back! From Westminster to Wandsworth, Harlow to Bexley, Fareham to Broxbourne, people can see we are a party renewed. There is much more to do, but we have the plan and team to get Britain working again. Watch my rally at Westminster City Hall๐Ÿ‘‡

This is why you should vote Conservative today ๐Ÿ‘‡ @BroxTories have a strong record of delivery, setting the lowest council tax in Hertfordshire year after year. Don't put this hard work at risk. Vote @Conservatives.

Tonight I voted to hold the Prime Minister accountable to Parliament and to the British people - as he was always the first to demand when he was in opposition. If Labour MPs think Starmer has nothing to hide, then they wouldnโ€™t have voted for this cover up.
Shame on cowardly Labour MPs. This cover-up will be your legacy.
