AFC Knowsley is extremely excited and proud to announce we have been accepted into the North West Counties League FL
This a prestigious moment for a what was once a little club in Huyton to now being potentially in the NWC.
The club has worked tirelessly over the last few months and It’s a massive achievement and would like to thank all that’s been on this journey with us. We are extremely excited to achieve step 6 football and bring this into the Borough of Knowsley and look to grow our partnerships.
The counties doesn't just impact the 1st team it impacts the club, being able to offer our players pathways to Counties (Semi Pro) is huge.
Huge thanks to our sponsors especially @MontirexUK who have played a big part in our progression.
Big thanks to @WestCheshireLge and @CheshireFL for allowing us to participate in their respective leagues.

Rant sorry ** but if your a dog owner and walk them and let them 💩 all over the place, especially on pitches kids have to play on and don’t clean up after them your a massive clown. Kids teams paying council fees to play on designated playing fields and locals letting thier dogs use the pitches as a toilet

A decent start from the boys got us an early lead. However, Crest equalised before half time and the boys were just not in it second half.
MotM was Lucas, who scored the goal and battled throughout the whole game.

We will not be running 3v3 at U7s after consulting with our members and will run U8 development
