@GoDaddy Customer 20 years. I pay a decent chunk for email accounts. I can send MS 360 from Outlook on my Mac with my paid Office subscription. I can send with Outlook on iOS. I cannot send with iOS Mail. Your support says I need to upgrade to Pro. Then why am I paying you?

I deleted the account (that I had only just added) and added it again. Resolved the issue.

After an hour’s chat ending with me being told I need to upgrade to Pro to resolve the issue, I fixed it in two minutes by deleting the mailbox from iOS mail and re-adding it. Please do better.

A priority in the Drupal community is bringing in more young blood. A great start would be not charging $1000 for a DrupalCon ticket. It’s outrageous. It saddens me that after 18 years in the Drupal community, DrupalCon’s coming here to ATL but I’ll be taking a pass. #Drupal
