All I want is my money back, now, and I will not be using you again. You have totally ruined an absolutely amazing day for my daughter. Please advise how I get my refund and I will also be following up for compensation. I always said a third party company would complicate things.

@Deliveroo @BBCNews ordered of deliveroo for my daughters birthday from Nando’s and after an hour and half I tried to call. No answers anywhere after taking £40. Had to order McDonalds. Absolutely disgusting, my daughter is in tears, has ticks and in isolation.

#bbcnews with all that’s going on you would of thought the systems in place would be slick, I am now £40 down and close to Xmas. These 3rd party companies should not be allowed to delay refunds
