Arrow Harps 2010 & 2011 Girls travelled to Clones in Monaghan today, to take part in the Ballyhaise Celtic Cup 5-a-side tournament.
The first round consisted of 4 short 10min games against Monaghan, Dublin and two Cavan clubs.
The girls won 2, drew 1 and lost one leaving us in the semi final. The girls played Knocklyon from Dublin losing 3-2, leaving us to play Ballyhasie in the runners-up place, coming away with a 1-0 win.
All girls played excellent and it was a great experience for these girls.
If today is anything to go by, the new season looks exciting for them. We would also like to extend our thanks to Ballyhaise Celtic FC for a very well organised tournament. Well done again girls.
The restructuring also includes:
Mark O’Hara - Treasurer
Natasha McMorrow - Assistant Treasurer
