これまではCloudFront distributionとWAFを組み合わせた複雑なアーキテクチャが必要でしたが、新機能によりコンソールからのワンクリック操作やIaCで簡単に設定可能に。
一般的なウェブアプリケーション脆弱性対策に加え、IPアドレス制限や地理的制限、Amplifyデフォルトドメイン保護機能などを簡単に設定できます🛡️
本機能を利用する場合の料金体系も発表されており、AWS WAFの標準料金に加え、Amplify Hostingアプリごとに月額15ドル（時間単位で按分）が発生することにご注意ください。
