Great to have the opportunity here at #ISBNPA2026.
Our findings highlighted a U-shaped relationship between social media use & adolescent wellbeing, with moderate use associated with the highest wellbeing.

▶️Moderate use was associated with high wellbeing
▶️Low & high use were linked to poorer wellbeing
