This past July, Dom Reid was drafted as the 90th overall pick in the 2025 MLB Draft. Reid became the 2nd highest draft pick in program history, just behind Bill Gilbreth.
Reid was the first player in ACU Division I history to record over 100 strikeouts in a single season. He also ranks 7th in strikeouts among all pitchers in program history.

One of two returning starters for @ACU_Baseball, @BrettLanman has worked on rounding his changeup into better form this fall.
He also has a fastball up to 95 mph, a low-80s slider with sweep, a high-70s curveball and a cutter.
