@SINGERCO I ordered a new sewing machine for my wife. It showed up and hasn’t worked at all. We reached out to customer service through email 10 days after arrival got sent YouTube videos. After calling them, we were told we are outside of the 30 days and needed to go warranty.

Even though we initiated the request within the 30 days. The later emails said that it is likely an electrical issue and needs to go to warranty. I am not paying to send a brand new machine that can’t sew a straight line in for warranty. I just spent 1:45 on hold with CS.

I have emails that prove we reached out prior to your 30 return period. I am getting to the point of filing a complaint with the BBB as you are engaging in deceptive marketing by selling sewing machines that do not complete simple functions and refuse to engage with customers.
