Hi @Alex_Cabos, our team hasn't been able to identify any faults in the videos, sorry. The trip to the mall was indeed probably just to rule out the possibility of a faulty chassis, which was ruled out. At this point there's nothing else we can do. Have a nice weekend [Yary]

Hi @Chinman3000, I'm sorry you are having a bad experience with your Bugaboo Bee. Your stroller should still be in warranty, so I recommend you contact your local service team so that they can provide you some guidance as to how to proceed.

Hi Jamie, Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, the Bugaboo Fox fits in the Comfort Transport Bag including the carrycot! If you should in any case face difficulties just take the fabric off to make the whole process easier.😊
