The $SPY candle for this week was successfully predicted. The Candle Taxonomy theory is working to compute real world outcomes.👍
What's the next candle? 🕯️
What's the $SPY outlook for this week? The Next Candle Prediction comes in at 46% for a 2Ug candle. Let's see how it plays out since we're more or less at all time highs.

Found a Tradingview edge case today that I had not seen before. Tradingview rounds the chart prices to 2 decimal places for most stocks. However, the price available in Pine Script is 3 decimal places.
First day out the Next Candle Predictor did an alright job. Today was a 3 down red but still a similar reversal as the predicted 2 down red.
It's not a one tool silver bullet. However, it is a new tool for the tool box. 🛠️
I built a Next Candle Predictor based on my Candle Taxonomy research.
There is a lot going on under the hood, but the output is designed to stay easy to use.

The "Three-Candle Prediction" Pine Script is certainly interesting to work on. The highest probability is for another 2Ug (pattern 0732) candle for $QQQ on the D and W charts based on the past patterns. (Experimental not trading advice.)
Testing the Three Candle Prediction indictor within Tradingview. Pushing Pine Script to the limits. If you've been following there is a new theory called "Candle Pattern Taxonomy for Three-Candle Analysis" on my GitHub. This uses that theory.
Published: The Official Candle Pattern Taxonomy for Three-Candle Analysis.
A formal 13-state candle model and full 2197-pattern codebook for 3-candle analysis. A small step toward deeper pattern matching.

Building Candle Prediction in SDDB Client with a simple idea: predict the next candle the way LLMs predict the next word. Start with historical frequency on the current 3-candle pattern, then use that as a baby step toward deeper pattern matching and richer #TheStrat research.
Who would of guessed? The most popular 3 candle pattern for all SP500 stocks is 2U-2U-2U (all green). 😂
The old trusty 0732 pattern. It happened about 5% of the time over the past 5 years.
729 possible 3-candle patterns emerge when you fully code directional candle states, and that opens up a much richer lane for #TheStrat research. We can now assign stable codes to candle patterns and start studying them systematically. (Pattern 435 search shown)
