Adding onto the thread! I also totally get decision paralysis, anxiety around choosing, or just not having an opinion. It’s an optional question on my form! No answer, “don’t care,” “you choose,” etc. are all totally valid. :)

Writers, I want to say this publicly as I've gotten a few anxious messages lately: If you make a few typos in your query/manuscript, or misspell my name, it's truly okay with me! Querying is hard enough, I don't want to make anyone worry about this on top of everything else.♥️

I've worked as a copyeditor for almost a decade, and I know all too well how easy it is for these little mistakes to happen. I promise, I'm not judging you! I work with my clients to ensure things are tidied up before going on sub anyway, and am totally happy to do so.
