2. The Wyrd Abacus by @DirtyVortex. It's light and flexible, working for most horror, and its challenge system would be super easy to apply to system neutral stories.
You could also run #MidwinterGhostStories really well with Dirty Vortex's folk horror game, Solemn Vale.
