Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) and POPF rate
π 7,260 PDAC patients received NAC 90 days before surgery.
π Key findings:
Lower POPF with NAC vs non-NAC (7.2% vs 12.6%, p<0.001).
NAC group had lower odds of POPF (adjusted OR 0.63, 95% CI 0.53β0.76, p<0.001).
π‘ NAC is independently associated with reduced POPF after PDAC resection.
