@Instacart I waited 4 hours on hold to be hung up on this is a disgrace! I also issued a callback but they never called me! I haven’t been able to use Instacart for over a month since no one is willing to deliver or shop for my household! My boyfriend was also charged 200$ 😡

The suspect is described as an unknown male in his mid 30’s with light coloured skin, approximately 5’6 tall, wearing dark coloured clothing. anyone who may have CCTV or dash cam footage is asked to contact investigators at 604-599-0502.
