At this year’s annual Phillips Memorial Lecture organized by @HeritageOttawa, Heather McArthur of the ERA Ottawa office delivered a lecture entitled “Rehabilitation of the West Memorial Building: Wellington Street's Western Gateway."
The lecture discusses the context of the original design and importance of the building and ERA's conservation approach in restoration, preservation and rehabilitation of the building's heritage fabric.
