Yes @GEOfunders, because burnout is REAL!!! Funders can help nonprofit leaders/staff by funding capacity building such as coaching (and not just for the ED), core infrastructure (financial & donor mgmt, cybersecurity, etc.) and strategic comms & planning. Keep it going....
