We climbed Mount Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa, raising important funds for @Cardiomyopathy. It was tough but we had perfect weather and a great atmosphere with so many other people challenging themselves to reach the peak. Rolled all my activity into one for #AHPsActive @WeAHPs

Junior parkrun with my little lad today. Quite quiet today and struggling for volunteers to marshall and keep it running. Then had a lovely time walking and blackberry picking with J and my nephew (aka a distracted walk!)
