给校史馆做一套触屏展台，能看校友星图、能用自然语言问问题、有个后台管数据，Docker 一条命令就能跑起来。 github.com/jungang/alumnet AlumNet 是给校史馆做的全栈系统。前端是 Vue 3 Three.js 的触屏展台，校友星图、时光走廊、AI 搜索这些模块都有。后端是 Node.js PostgreSQL Qdrant，用了 RAG 做自然语言问答，直接问"哪些校友在医疗领域工作"，系统会给出答案。 管理后台能管校友数据、照片、留言、备份。Docker Compose 一键部署，半小时就能上线。

【CLAUDE.mdでAIを賢くする方法】Claude Codeをもっと自分仕様にしたい人に伝えたいのが、CLAUDE.mdというファイルの活用です。 何かというと、「ClaudeへのPermanent Instructions（永続的な指示書）」のようなものだと考えています。 例えば私の場合、CLAUDE.mdにこんなことを書いています： ・私が所属している組織の情報（パソナ・AlumNET・CAPER・ピアズ） ・よく使う資料のフォーマット ・文章のトーン（丁寧だけど堅すぎない） ・NGワードや避けてほしい表現 これを設定しておくと、毎回「私は人材業界にいて…」と説明しなくていい。Claudeが最初から文脈を理解した状態で答えてくれます。 「毎回同じ説明を繰り返している」と感じるなら、それはCLAUDE.mdに書くべき情報だと思います。 一度設定すれば、その後の全ての会話がスムーズになる。これ、地味だけど効果絶大だと考えています💨

𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒓𝒆! On Tuesday, 17th June 2025, I had the distinct honour of joining @ProfNawangwe, the Vice Chancellor of @Makerere and Prof. @JustineNamaalwa, the Program Director of the @MCFMakerere in welcoming Her Excellency Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, a former President of the Republic of Liberia and also a distinguished Member of the @MastercardFdn Board, alongside other eminent Board Members, including the Foundation’s President and CEO, Ms. @reetaroymcf. With this momentous visit, was a unique platform for Scholar Alumni, @MCFMakAlumni, to exhibit a tapestry of their innovative entrepreneurial ventures, ventures that not only exemplify the spirit of resilience and creativity but have also matured into impactful enterprises that are generating employment opportunities and catalyzing socio-economic transformation in their respective communities. I was also privileged to showcase the work of Makerere AlumNet Foundation (@MCFMakAlumni), our vibrant Scholar Alumni Network at Makerere. An initiative that was birthed out of our shared conviction and commitment to nurture a culture of sustained give-back, peer-driven impact, and enduring solidarity among Scholar Alumni and continuing Scholars. Through this platform, we are able to cultivate both connection and purpose, thus offering structured support to alumni navigating career transitions, scaling their social ventures, and engaging in meaningful philanthropic contributions to society. The Foundation stands as a proof to our alignment with the broader vision of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. Later in the day, a thought-provoking dialogue unfolded between Scholars, Scholar Alumni, and Members of the Mastercard Foundation Board. This was focused on the pivotal role of Scholars and Scholar Alumni in driving socio-economic transformation within their respective communities, and also sought to explore tangible avenues to amplify collective impact through sustained collaboration and innovation. It was such a tremendous honour for me to moderate this enriching engagement, one of a kind that reaffirmed the enduring value of the Scholar Alumni and Scholars community and the transformative potential of empowered youth working in unity for the greater good.

Today, we honor the brave men and women whose courage & sacrifice shaped our nation. As the Makerere AlumNet Foundation, we celebrate not only National Heroes but also the everyday changemakers among us. Let’s keep the spirit of heroism alive. #HappyHeroesDay!

𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑨𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒏𝒊 𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 2026 Last Saturday, 05th April 2025 marked another significant milestone for @MCFMakAlumni as we successfully hosted the inaugural Scholar Alumni Convening with support from @MCFMakerere. The event brought together alumni from all cohorts, University Management, representatives from the @MastercardFdn Uganda Office, and the Scholars Program Implementation team. Organized under the theme 𝐵𝑢𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐵𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑔𝑒𝑠: 𝐹𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝑆𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝐺𝑙𝑜𝑏𝑎𝑙 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒 𝑀𝑎𝑘𝑒𝑟𝑠, the convening was a resounding success. I extend my sincere gratitude to my dedicated team at the Makerere AlumNet Foundation (@MCFMakAlumni), the Scholars Program under the leadership of @JustineNamaalwa, Program Director, the Mastercard Foundation Uganda represented by @Nandalenga (on behalf of Country Director Mr. Adrian Bukenya), and @Makerere Management, particularly Prof. @BuyinzaMukadasi (representing Prof. @ProfNawangwe, and in his capacity as Chair of the Steering Committee and Academic Registrar and Ag. DVCAA), for their invaluable support in enabling the Makerere AlumNet Foundation to achieve its mission. I was also deeply honored to receive a leadership award from the Scholars Program in recognition of my diligent efforts in streamlining the AlumNet Foundation.
