I agree you should follow it up. This driver will behave like this everywhere he goes. There's bad parking all over SC at present.

Also parked illegally!!! Wonder what Amber's insurance company would think? Maybe @VeseyWMP should take an interest, this is a safety issue

He didn't 'have' to park there! Breamar/Halton safer. Just unthinking & inconsiderate.

Correct, spoke to driver, not bothered, indicated he had to park there as there was no room on drive.

If I'm right in thinking that's jcn of Corbridge/Stonehouse then it's dangerous at best of times due 2bend. Very poor/inconsiderate parking.
