Kids should be exposed to art. Especially modern and performance art. While I live in a city where a majority of museums are free, other towns and cities don't have this option. Again it would've been the perfect time for her as the adult to talk to her kids about the themes.

It's just art, man. When I was a kid we went to the art museum on a free day for kids and the art museum had a permanent installation- a sculpture of a nude, grey woman cowering in the corner. It was spooky and I had nightmares, should kids not be allowed in the museum then?
