It's almost a decade of learning and iterating for our users. When people ask what makes Autogirl different, I laugh because words can't really convey the lessons from almost a decade of building in a market that was non existent till we came in. In 2016 when we started there were no car rental marketplaces, just your traditional car rental franchises like hertz that charged Nigerians in dollars and had very strict rules, we saw an opportunity to not just enrich ourselves to make car owners across the country wealthy while providing steady income for drivers. We started building immediately and despite owning no cars, we quickly got to 200,000 rides on the back of the community we built online. We served international and local companies including your big 4 and learned hard lessons. We lost some clients because we were still learning and making mistakes. We were building things manually and needed to quickly automate our processes which we finally did. Now we have gotten to a stage where we have built our operations structure, nothing is left to chance anymore, from verification of drivers and car owners to standard operating procedures for every scenario that you can think off to finally cutting down our previously long booking process which was built solely to ensure that customers are fully informed of terms and conditions before moving by forward to our world class car rental platform where you can book a car rental reservation under 1minute.
