Is this what Tata Motors calls 'customer support'? πŸ”΄ 23-Jan-2026 β€” Car taken to the workshop at 9:30 AM IST. Assistance provided nearly 2 hours later. A distressed customer is left waiting with zero priority or empathy. πŸ”΄ 5-Feb-2026 β€” Spare parts finally arrive after almost 2 weeks of waiting. No proactive updates, no urgency. πŸ”΄ 19-Feb-2026 β†’ 24-Feb-2026 β†’ 26-Feb-2026 β€” Deadlines given, deadlines broken. Each time a delivery date is committed, it is silently pushed further without accountability. πŸ”΄ 25-Feb-2026 (TODAY) β€” The SPOC informs that yet another additional day is required, now extending the deadline to 27-Feb-2026. And frankly, there is zero confidence that even this date will be honoured with quality output.
