I’m constant backshift gee I’m not complaining lol

I shall be working a backshift until 11pm. Home for a quick nap but then I will awake in the night with a fever, and the sky will be darkest blue.

At 1 point the cleansing had 4 shift patterns a dayshift, backshift, nightshift, weekend shift with more people working in the cleansing than it has working in it atm i am sure covering they full 4 shift patterns. The city for me has never looked as dirty but that is just me.

Workers unions have been captured to the point that nobody trusts them anymore. I got back to my work depot after a backshift last night and there was a sheet of paper asking for nominations to officials in our union (Unite). They need a chairman, steward, treasurer etc There was ONE name on it. I think he's the only remaining member of a union at my workplace.
