WELCOME BACK FROM WORK!!
Before you think of going to bed without bathing, note that:
• Full shower before bed is a non-negotiable if you went out.
You’re washing off sweat, dust, pollution, and bacteria.
Wash your feet thoroughly.
Feet trap sweat all day in socks and shoes. They need attention.
• Clean groin area properly dry completely. Moisture left overnight equals body odor infections discomfort.
• Brush your teeth floss if possible
Food particles left overnight equals bad breath and gum issues.
• Clean your face properly. Consider using sanitizers especially if you have an oily skin. It removes sweat, oil, and dirt that clog pores overnight.
• Change into clean sleepwear /underwear or go breathable
Don’t sleep in the same clothes you wore to work.
• Apply light moisturizer (skin repair happens at night).
Healthy skin = less irritation = less odor buildup.
• Keep bed environment clean. Your
Sheets, pillowcases, and blankets absorb sweat and skin oils. Always replace them.
