Today, I can confirm that I have concluded my role with
Tor.ai Limited .
Goodbyes aren't always meant to be definite, and I'm sure this one won't be either. My time at the organization was nothing short incredible, and the lessons I learned there will stay with me for a very long time.
At Tor, I had the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of IoT products - from Linux-based SoCs to MCUs responsible for measuring and analyzing industrial-scale three-phase AC systems. My work spanned a wide range of domains, including:
- Yocto and BitBake
- Linux Networking
- TLS and MQTT
- Embedded Graphics
- EEPROM chips and drivers
I'd like to thank Aditya Paranjpe (

linkedin.com/in/hrishikeshli…) for bringing me into the organization.
A special thanks to Jatin Bhole (
linkedin.com/in/jatin-bhole-…) , the first manager I worked with, for taking a chance on my unpolished talents and giving me the opportunity to design, build, and ship Embedded Linux Networking Systems that deploy and operate at scale.
Thank you to Anil More (
linkedin.com/in/anil-more-em…) for teaching me what production-grade software truly looks like, and for helping me evolve my mindset from "it works on my device" to "it works on all device", to Milind Vaze (
linkedin.com/in/milind-vaze-…) and Durgesh Patil for being an incredible sounding board, always willing to listen and offer wisdom whenever it was needed. And finally, thank you to the entire firmware team (Aneka Ijantkar, Akshay Jagtap, Revati Kulkarni, Umesh Tawade, and Sayali Phalke) for being one of the most supportive and professional groups of engineers I've had the privilege of working with.
Of course, no mention of Tor would be complete without my friends: Abhishek Pawar, Saie Mukane, Onkar Krupale, Mandar Karmarkar, Mukul Chaudhari and Sajjan Dubey. Be it the daily lunches, the time spent working together, or the countless conversations we shared - it may have seemed ordinary in the moment, but I can confidently say they'll stay with me for a long, long time.
I'll always be grateful to the organization and the people I had the opportunity to work with at Tor. I wish every one of them nothing but immense success in their future endeavors.
Until next time!
