Blockmachine launches Ethereum RPC services
Ethereum RPC is live on blockmachine. RPC is one of crypto's most centralized dependencies. Wallets, dapps, bots and agents all rely on it — usually through a small number of providers. blockmachine changes the supply side: an open network of independent operators, consensus-proof verification, and market-priced routing. Ethereum is open for business. blockmachine.io/ethereum-rpc

Self-hosting RPC looks cheap until your node falls out of sync at 3am and you're the on-call engineer. This happened to me, mother board went out and been down for a while. Blockmachine handles routing, verification, and uptime. Failed requests aren't even billed.

Been tracking SN19 @blockmachine protocol revenue since mainnet launch. From ~$75/day at launch to $200 /day in under two months. Almost nobody's talking about it. The curve so far: — Launch: $70–80/day — May 15, first buyback announced ($2,009): average sitting at $87.38/day — Late May: stabilizes near $125/day — ProofofTalk: testing $150/day — Since PoT: $200 /day — and ETH RPC endpoints just went live Why this matters: every day, a larger share of SN19's emissions is backed by paid usage instead of pure extraction. Per the whitepaper, emissions not backed by useful work get recycled. If it's not useful work, it shouldn't be rewarded — and this is one of the few teams actually enforcing that. What I'm watching / honest risks: numbers are still small (we're not even 2 months in), ETH is nascent at 9 nodes, BSC still on the roadmap, and free endpoints remain the real competitor despite SN19 being a cheap, useful alternative. At least from where I sit — miners and valis may see it differently, which is exactly why I'm posting: $TAO miners and valis — are you running your own infra, sitting on free endpoints, or paying for RPC? If you haven't tried decentralized infra, what's actually blocking you? Disclosure: SN19 is one of my top holdings.

@blockmachine_io is now in our #web3 #infrastructure directory for 609 protocols and 208 providers. Devs can obtain on-demand independent RPC performance metrics about blockmachine from 30 global locations at comparenodes.com/providers/b… The metrics are generated by our public RPC Inspector Pro for JSON-HTTP and WebSocket endpoints incl. #Ethereum mainnet and #Bittensor lite / Subtensor EVM. In our examples, you can see that @nodies_infra wss endpoint for Bittensor lite performs better than the blockmachine wss endpoint. Also, Alchemy wss for Ethereum mainnet does better than blockmachine as well. In both cases, the blockmachine wss endpoints lost connections after about 31 seconds, while Nodies and Alchemy worked without issues for the entire duration of the 35 / 130 seconds runs. I don't make a lot of moves. My SN64/4/120 is untouched - I add to these regularly. But today I doubled down on Blockmachine

Mog is by far the best and most crucial operator in Bittensor. The taostats, hippius, gm, blockmachine and Vidaio teams are exquisite. Perfect role model team and projects. So this is hallowed praise for 110.

Been following Blockmachine since before mainnet. Wrote this in May when ETH was still a roadmap item. Today: shipped. Multi-chain decentralized RPC, live. Why this matters for Bittensor as a whole: Infura, Alchemy, QuickNode handle the vast majority of crypto RPC today, and they're all centralized. Bittensor's incentive structure can produce a fundamentally better market for this commodity. Decentralized, properly priced, emissions aligned to actual work served. Good for the whole ecosystem. Incentives pointed at a narrow target. Like the laser Const talked about at PoT. Whitepaper: blockmachine.io/whitepaper (recommend you feed it to your LLM).
