Update: Sign in with X has been fully restored.
Earlier today, X's login service experienced an outage across the platform that affected many applications, not BOI specifically. It is now resolved, and you can sign in with X as usual.
One recommendation to keep your access resilient: add a recovery email in Settings. It gives you a second, fully independent way back into your account should X sign in ever be unavailable again.
Settings, then Security, then Recovery email, then Add recovery email. Confirm the address using the link we send you, and you are protected.
Your account, wallet, and Paw Points remained safe throughout.

"Sign in with X" is having a platform wide outage right now. Logging in may show a "too many redirects" error. This is hitting many apps that use X login, not just BOI.
Nothing is wrong on our side. Your account, wallet and Paw Points are completely safe, and no action is needed.
Login will work again as soon as X restores the service. We're monitoring it closely and will update you here.
