have you tried cutting shampoo? curly/wavy hair often gets dried out of necessary oils by frequent shampooing, you can replace it with a washing conditioner (“cowash”, As I Am Coconut Cowash is my favorite)

try more moisture, I have thick curly/wavy hair too and it feels the most poofy and unmanageable when i dont get enough moisture in it during my wash/maintenance routine. i’d start with oils light foams and consider possibly switching from shampoo to cowash?

Funny thing is, as someone with super curly hair, it did make me look into what i was doing. I stopped using shampoo in 2020 and switched to a cowash and my hair seriously has never been better. Im extremely lazy though so i dont do anything else lol

Washed with the aveeno shampoo/wash up until about 9/10 months then switched over to aunt Jackie’s cowash. Have been using “baby don’t be bald” (blue one) for styling since she was born. Always rub in a lil blue magic on wash days. Now that’s she’s older we’re still doing AJs

Eu vi q vc adicionou skala na sua thread de nutrição e queria deixar a honesta recomendação do skala de morango também. Eu comecei a usar completamente descrente, mais pra cowash, mas no fim funcionou muito. Além de ser extremamente cheiroso e custou 13 reais!

The one in the box is the truth but dark n lovely smells so good Id get the conditioner & used it as a cowash for my leave out. I didn’t use gels or anything so i didn’t shampoo as often. Just a co wash when I wanted it clean and blew it straight.
