Hi Sandy, I went to @cssifm website and filled out the paperwork to join one of their trials. I also had my oncologist contact them and advocate for me.

Not yet. I live in Canada but Iโ€™m a dual citizen. There is another immunotherapy drug that I can take if needed. I just know that Anktiva would clean up anything that might be left behind.

Yes, it feels good. I have hope again! I wish the @FDA would approve ANKTIVA with no further delay for patients with lymphopenia.

Replying to @Av8rLady @cssifm
How amazing it must feel to know you have an immune system fighting for you again! You are yet another case that proves Anktiva works, ALC is going up! How is this not approved for lymphopenia?! Everybody with low ALC should have access to Anktiva! @DrPatrick

Though I would still love to get the drug Anktiva to clear me out.

Yes multiple times. Though I did get good news from my oncologist, my spots have possibly shrunk in size and a lesion they were watching did not light up on my PET scan. Not out of the woods yet but they said Iโ€™m doing good. Hopefully the right direction.

I am part of the 3.078 trial for GBM. They give my Anktiva shots on alternating sides every two weeks in my abdomen. After the shot, I get some redness at the injection site the next day. It is also itchy and a little sore for about 4-5 days but then it clears up. I've never had a flare-up like you described. The pic below is the "average" reaction that I get. I am sure everyone experience may be different.

A post to say how very thankful I am to @DrPatrick and the whole team @cssifm On Tuesday I travelled to the Chan Soon-Shiong Institute for Medicine in El Segundo California to have blood work done to see if the first dose of Anktiva had increased my critically low absolute lymphocyte count and to receive my second dose of ANKTIVA. I am happy to report that my ALC went up over 1100 points! The second dose was administered subcutaneously in the ride side of my abdomen. It is right side breast cancer that I am fighting. I have a small 2โ€ diameter pink circle where the shot was administered. Interestingly I have pink streaks going up to my right breast that has now turned bright red. Iโ€™ve been told that the growing bright redness is how you know the Anktiva is working. Itโ€™s the fighter cells marshaling. The bright red rectangle goes from my clavicle, down my sternum and all the way across and below my breast and around my side and up into my armpit. I did have axilla nodes that tested positive for cancer. This is so fascinating to me! Anktiva knows where to go to fight! Thank you, @DrPatrick from my whole heart!

Mine have been a little more intense. But that means itโ€™s working is what Iโ€™m told.

It could be a reality @DrPatrick is a very compassionate man. 15,000 patients are waiting in line to receive ANKTIVA. We are asking, imploring @FDA_KyleD @US_FDA @FDAOncology to approve Anktiva either under their CNVP or outright.
