On arrival, the patrol team met the residents chef, later identified as and another individual. The two men were attempting to take the resident's vehicle out of the premises & had informed the security guard that they had been instructed by the resident to pick up his sister from the airport.
The security guard requested to speak directly with the resident before allowing the vehicle to leave the premises. During the interaction, one of the suspects handed a phone to the security guard, claiming the resident was on the line. However, the security guard became suspicious as the voice did not appear to be that of the resident and therefore insisted on speaking with the resident directly.
