I have been having long discussions with Grok about genomic studies, and as such, it is familiar with the meat of this topic. The essential agreement between the AI and me is that only two periods of extreme evolutionary leaps are in the available data.
1. ~2,000,000 years ago, with the emergence of Homo erectus.
2. ~800,000 years ago, with the emergence of the ancestral population living just before the divergence of Neanderthals, Denisovans and our own modern human lineage.
These two events fit with the source material that our project is investigating. The information recovered from the Churinga artefact (Sentinel Probe) stated that one NHI group created humans (H. erectus) and, much later, a second NHI group engineered our Homo sapiens ancestors. Additional information and evidence centre this second intervention at ~788,000 years ago.

The total loss of the original churinga left by the Alcheringa beings was true until it wasn't. A thing of great power has returned to the world after an age in darkness (in its Ertnatulunga). It's downloaded messages to us change everything. As long as we listen.

I have a theory that jaw bones, teeth, claws, are less about the animal they originate from and more about the pareidolia they inspire of the larval forms of the Tridactyls.
This aboriginal churinga not only seems to possess a Tridactyl like head & face, but the cross-hatching pattern that the Constant Companion Theory predicted was a Tridactyl symbol.
It was only later that a skin-sample depicted that very global motif.
The forelimb first metamorphosis was predicted by the archaeological record.
