Before the lockdown hit, we actually attempted doing CodeForHER back in November 2019 here in Guwahati, Assam. Back then, in my knowledge, there was a GirlScript chapter which was doing really well. Few folks I know who could help - @DekaAnubhav @iamoliviadeka
