I ❤️ how Ron Perlman hates Trump with every fiber of his being...yet was contractually obligated to read the opening narrative for the UFC happening on Trump's birthday, at the house Trump lives in. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thats a rolling on a large dose of Adderall smile if you ever saw one on the Don. Can't fall asleep on his birthday fight like the Knicks game. Plus Melania is probably contractually obligated to touch it on the contract Trump had with Epstein when he bought her.

like goddamn he's literally trying to contractually obligate the people around him to not have sex with him can everybody stop touching lestat for 20 minutes please oh my god
this little exchange told me a lot about lestat's mental state rn already. he does not sound enthusiastic. he does not need $ or security and he's pursuing fame on artistic merit. he's so desensitized to how transactionally his body is often used

Your feeble brain cant comprehend that just because something is contractually or legally acceptable doesn't make it socially or ethically acceptable.

There's no way any of them agreed to this contractually. There's just no way. You couldn't possibly be that stupid.

I've seen some stuff about a $200,000 Lego heist, and while lots of facts and value are up in the air, all the back and forth with photos and spreadsheets should have been done in court. All liability is with the company that still legally has possession of that which was contractually given to them. If they can prove theft, great, but as of now it looks like they're willing to throw away their whole $400 million business for $20,000 worth of Lego. If they don't withdraw their lawsuit and settle out of court, they're fools. Everything will come out in discovery anyway, and they seem pretty shady to me. Whatever is found will extend far beyond one man with a 30 year Star Wars Lego collection for sale.

Fascinating data on Project Nimbus: • $1.2 billion a total contract value announced by Israel’s Finance Ministry in April 2021 • 4 planned phases: infrastructure construction, government policy development, migration of operations, and ongoing optimization • Workloads officially described as finance, healthcare, transportation, and education • Defense and military entities were involved in the project from its inception • The agreement contractually blocks the companies from halting services because of boycott campaigns • Internal documents reportedly showed awareness of potential human rights violation risks even before the contract was signed Signals of where the world is headed.

Real free markets include the construction of collectives. If a group of people form a compact and purchase a plot of land, they get to set the terms of residency. If those terms are bad, they’ll be outcompeted by other collectives. And if they choose to contractually leave that plot and collective contract to their children, that is also their right. The market system is emphatically not about economists dictating to every collective which policies they must adopt. It is evolutionary. Let a thousand nations bloom.
